For 300.oo a night you expect a room large enough to walk around in which our room was not!The room was shabby and not shabby/chic!The hotel needs some work as mold was everywhere.You can hear everything from other rooms(toilets flushing, exhaust fans etc.)The "hottub"/spa was old and set in the middle of a group of rooms and you could hear everything if you were unfortunate enough(we were) to be in those rooms.It was just dank and unpleasant.I can see why they make you "guarantee" two nights.We were willing to lose 300.00 just to not have another unpleasant night so we checked out!

This is a quaint Old New England Inn located across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. They have excellent dining in the main dining room and in the downstairs pub. I have recommended the inn to my friends and they have all loved their stays there and they have made return visits.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Kind smiling faces welcomed us.

I liked the great location, the staff and the quaint rooms. It is good value for an off season overnight stay. It is very convenient to a pretty park. The staff was great, and the inn was in a beautiful facility.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: This was a more expensive place than we would normal stay at, so it felt extravagant to stay in a place so classy.
