Good

We arrived late with a party of six with other hotels in the area full. They gave us a very reasonable rate especially considering the great breakfast for six included. We were so delighted we stayed over and found that the restaurant was...

Okay

The food is excellent, the views are great, the staff was friendly, the cabin rooms were what I expected for a cabin (nice), but the Motel room we stayed in was not great, equivalent to a low tier Super 8. Our air conditioner froze up, maintenace...

Yellowstone Valley Inn (YVI) is a fantastic and affordable place a short distance from the East entrance of Yellowstone National Park. The food is amazing, the employees warm and service oriented, the karoke and bar are fun, and the location is...

Horrible
53 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

The place is stuck in the 50's. They messed up a confirmed reservation, admitted they messed it up and then made it MY problem. the desk staff was argumentative at best. The rooms were dilapidated, old and shabby. Stay elsewhere. there is a Quality Inn down the street that looked much better.

Horrible

Rooms are very noisy. You can hear the guest upstairs talking and walking around in the room. No hot water in the morning.

Front desk told I would get a refund. Yeah right! That didn't happen. The owner told me I should have waited...
