In close proximity to the hotel are a variety of activities like horseback riding, river rafting, jet skiing, hiking and mountain biking. Or, you can fish one of Montana's pristine rivers or lakes. During the winter months there are miles of cross country ski trails and over a thousand miles of groomed snowmobile trails. We stayed here in February 2008. We found it to be a good value for the one night we spent there. In 0 degree (F) weather, it was a little far to the shopping areas. West Yellowstone is 1 sq mi, so nothing is really that far.

The room was pretty much what we expected. Not extravagant, but clean and adequate. Nice people. Even called to return an item that I had intended to throw away. Nothing wrong with this place.

Every year we got Yellowstrone for our family snowmobile trip. for the past 4 years we haved stayed at Yellowstone Lodge. The service is GREAT. and the most important thing are the people at the front desk. Very Very friendly
