We chose this place based on comments in both the Lonely Planet & the Rough Guide, and would recommend to others as a very simple, basic place to spend a few nights.
We stayed at the beginning and end of our trip.
We had a fan - didn't use the A/C, so can't confirm that it worked. Bathrooms were clean and had a water heater in it. You have to turn it on 30 minutes before the first shower.
For our price, breakfast wasn't included.
Internet access is free and an OK speed.
The beds were firm and clean enough.
The price was 2280 Rs for 3 people (a king or queen with an extra fold out bed). (Prices in Delhi are generally expensive - so we felt this was a decent value.)
Also note that the mattresses don't have springs, I don't think. I also would not spend all day in the room - it's just very simple and basic. Use this as a place to rest your head before setting out the next day on your adventure.
