Out of all the hotels I've stayed at (from circus circus or the sahara to bellagio's and venetian), the service i received at the wynn was definitely one of the worst.
Check in.//
Arrived at around 9 pm. Wait was about 30 minutes. Service was so-so. I guess the lady couldnt understand my Japanese accent (which really isnt that bad, seeing how i attended college in the US) and seemed uninterested when i asked her questions.
Room.//
Great room. Comfortable beds and bathroom. Of course, seeing how I paid around $400 a night, i expected that much.
Service.//
Awful. My daughter had a stomachache, so we went down to get her some medicine. it was $4 for 4 pills, which is quite expensive, but at least it'll save me the walk to walgreens down the strip. i brought it up and gave it to my daughter, who after ten minutes, told me she felt worse. I looked closer at the medicine and realized that it was already EXPIRED for a month. I went back down and gave it to the counter lady, who instead of saying sorry, told me that the expiration date doesnt matter. I politely asked her if i could exchange the medicine for a new pack at least, to which she rolled her eyes, sighed (LITERALLY) and told me she'd have to ask her manager. Her manager came, and told me (again, NO SORRY) that expired medicine won't kill my daughter. I then asked her why my daughter felt worse after eating the medicine, to which she replied: "Look, you're overreacting." This got me really mad, and I requested to exchange the medicine or get a refund. Meanwhile, an even higher manager in the back heard us and came in front to talk to me. She then apologized to me about the service of her employees, exchanged the medicine, and promised to tell the two off. All this took me 30 minutes, with no compensation of ANY sort.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel, and I will never again come here.

Wynn is a great hotel but don't stay here unless you're a high-roller otherwise you'll be treated like a third class citizen. Can't complain about the facilities but service was horrible considering I'm not a high-roller. I got stuck in a standard room which was great except for the construction noise all day. Complained about it but they couldn't do anything since I wasn't gambling enough. Will never stay here again!

Steve Wynn, please don't stop building your beautiful hotels!! From the minute you walk through the doors you are in an environment that only Steve Wynn can produce. That amazing fragrance throughout the resort, the fresh imported exotic flowers put out everyday in arrangements I've never experienced, the rich chocolate silk walls, the deep reds in the carpeting, and ceilings from heaven!! We had stayed at Palazzo/Venetian during a convention last April, faux flowers & plants, awful smells coming from the elevators, the ceilings look like they ran out of money...never again!! Wynn also offers the best restaurants in town, Okada & Alex are a must!! The pool area is the best in Vegas, full of celebrities!! Bellagio's pool is nice but we found it extremely boring. Waterfalls everywhere, The shopping is first class, the casino area is very intimate with perfect lighting. Venetian, Palazzo & Paris casino area feels like a big warehouse with bright lighting. Love the seperate check in/lobby for the suites, helps make the lines shorter at main check in. The walk from elevator to room is short, the spa is close to elevator exit also. When Encore opens next door, they will be connected..the best two resorts in the world, will be connected!! I wish I could stay for a month!!

This hotel is great. Very luxurious. As a female traveler on business in Las Vegas I enjoyed this hotel very much. There is an older, wealthier crowd that stays here, so I found it to be very safe. Nobody bothered me and I didn't feel unsafe at...
