It was a great hotel, although we decided that we prefer another hotel on the Las Vegas Strip. They provided a little less excellence than we would have expected for the price.

I am not likely to return to the Wynn Las Vegas.
I might recommend it to friends.

It was an unbelievably nice hotel. My husband and I visit Las Vegas three to four times per year and have made it a goal to stay at as many different hotels as we can. Nothing compares to the Wynn. The Bellagio is a close second followed by Green Valley Ranch Resort.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The hotel takes care of anything you need which allows you to free yourself to think only of taking it easy. The amenities are better than most and the room is warm and comforting.

I am very likely to return to the Wynn Las Vegas.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The poor service I received from the sportsbook brings down my overall rating. A supervisor was very rude to me and my family in the sportsbook. The casino is nice to look at though. The Players Club is also a mess, and is very inefficient.

I am not likely to return to the Wynn Las Vegas.
I might recommend it to friends.

I'll be returning here soon. The only way of explaining the Wynn is take someone with you, it's that great.

So on this trip I'll have four other members of my family with me to experience the Wynn.

I am very likely to return to the Wynn Las Vegas.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I called well before getting into Las Vegas and was told by my host that I would be in a salon suite on and RFB based on my play. They arranged a credit line for me and my wife set one up as well. Combined, we have $100K to play with on our three day stay, we’re not whales but we're there to gamble, not to see the pirates at Treasure Island.

We paid our airfare for two roundtrip 1st class from NYC and we can't wait to get to the new Wynn.

I call back three days before we're scheduled to get there and the host I spoke to does not even know who I am, but the credit department sure does, as they OK'd our lines and verified our play in other casinos.

The host was clueless and told me that $500 as an average bet was not enough for them, never mind that my wife plays for like six hours a sitting.

If anyone out there is a player, I say stay away from these people, as the Wynn has forgotten all about what it is to build relationships.

If $500.00 a hand from me and $100.00 from my wife are too low life for them, they are going to have a very empty casino.

So for the record, The Wynn is the worst casino I have never stayed at.

I am not likely to return to the Wynn Las Vegas.
I would not recommend it to friends.

47 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

I called and arranged a six-figure credit line for my brief stay. I was told by casino that I was going to be in a salon suite. Prior to arriving, the host assigned to me never asked what I like or how I like it. This gave me a funny feeling as most any other casino asks what do want in the room. What type of cigars? You'll be getting in late... what would you like to eat? Any special needs? Nothing.

I arrived at airport and neither the limo nor the driver is there to greet us. I call the hotel and they tell me the driver should be there. I give the hotel my cell phone and tell them to please get in touch with my host. We grabbed a seat and played some video poker and waited for the cell phone to ring.

I called the hotel again and they say my car and driver are at the airport. Go to get our luggage and look for our driver and he's not in the luggage area so we got a porter to grab our luggage as we looked for the driver. My cell phone rings and they tell me the driver is at the wrong airline and will be there in 10 minutes.

The driver showed up and starts telling us how everything has been screwed up all day and does not offer to grab my girlfriend's bag as the porter hands it to her. So I ask him to grab her bag and he says "Let me call the hotel and let them know I found you first".

We get in the car and someone was there before us. There was an open bottle, a glass with lipstick and napkin, a nice touch to make the car looked lived in.

We got to hotel and there was no host or butler to greet us.

We went through check-in and I've seen happier people at funerals. No one said a word about our waiting at the airport, and still no word from our host, and so that's the way the trip starts.

The Salon suite has seen better days. Not the spotless, well kept suite you would expect if you play $500 to $1000 a hand to say “Hello.”

And still no host. We left the room and luggage and went to check out the casino. Still don't know where to eat, show tickets, spa, nothing.

We sit down at one of their $25.00 video poker machines so I give my girlfriend a $1000.00. Granted each time she plays a hand it's $125.00 but we only won one hand for a pair of kings. I give her another $1000.00 and she walks off find another $5.00 video poker machine that could be a winner.

I walk over to the blackjack pit and it's empty. Not too many players are in yet because it's early so I go back and look for my girlfriend. She's down to her (my) last $200.00 and says "the machines here are not loose". I sit down next to her to show her how to do it and my $1000.00 effort met with the same fate. We've been in the hotel for less than an hour, now we're down $3,000 and my cell phone still has not been graced by my host.

My girlfriend wants something to eat so I ask one of the slot floor people where we can get a quick bite. As I'm being given directions that could only be followed by GPS my cell phone rings. It's another host from another casino in Las Vegas where I took out anther credit line in the event we don't like the Wynn or we want to spread out in LV and have a good time. As afar as I can see now the Wynn looks like it's sleeping in more way than one. As a matter of fact I don't feel like I'm in an exciting place it feels more like a "quiet hotel".

So I tell the host what happened to us so far and sends a car for us and offers to buy us lunch even if opt to stay at the Wynn. We go out front and in about 6 minutes before we can finish the two drinks we got from what I consider a good looking cocktail waitress, the car is there from the other casino. It's a clean car with no use glasses or empty bottles!

We meet the host at the other hotel and he greets us walks us into a great lunch that was served outside for us by the pool. It’s a beautiful pool. He asks us if we want to see the suite he would put us in if opt to stay with him. We tell him about the salon suite at the Wynn and he said just wait.

We go to a private area of the hotel and all at once we knew we were in the right area. We had a house not a suite! My girlfriend said to me "Please, please, please can we stay here?" Not wanting to say no and feeling no pain about just getting my bags, after what the Wynn did we were off to the Wynn to get our bags.

We get to the Wynn go to our room in the room our luggage is still where we left it. No one must have even come in to check. We call a bellman and he comes up to the room and at he asks "didn't you just get her?" I said yes and told him we did not hear from our host. He said "They are off today."

Well, that says it all. That told us why everything went wrong. Our stay at the other hotel was a "11" on a scale of 1-10.

Needless to say I will never, play, or stay at the Wynn. Some say I should make a fuss and get the host in trouble. I won't do that. Let them fall on their own sword.

Some say I should tell you where I stayed but I won't because stealing players from other casinos can start a range war. But I left on my own because as a person who comes to Las Vegas to gamble and can have $50K to $100K swings in a brief time the Wynn should learn the basics.

Even if the Wynn were to offer me one of their private villas I would not stay there after such poor service.

I wonder what the average player get treated like who has a $10K or $20K credit line. Do they make them sleep in the basement?

As for the Wynn, walk through the casino, don't bother to play their video poker achines and go back to the hotel you're staying at remember how they treat us low life six-figure players.

I am not likely to return to the Wynn Las Vegas.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The Wynn hotel was easily one of the finest hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The flat screen TV's were a wonderful touch, the view was fabulous and the location was perfect. I must say, however, that the roulette and the blackjack tables were a little stingy on payout, but the poker room was terrific!

I am somewhat likely to return to the Wynn Las Vegas.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Surprisingly I found the desk staff rude and not very personable. The room itself was really not nicer than other rooms in other hotels I had stayed at in Las Vegas. I did not have an extraordinary experience. I thought the food was good, as well as the selection of places to eat. I would not stay there again.

They have a great poker room. The blackjack and roulette tables are very stingy.

Wynn Las Vegas features superior facilities, but the employees are still learning the highly involved MIS systems. The staff is eager to please, the restaurants are fabulous, and the beds are heavenly. Everything is computer driven, which lead to a lack of housekeeping services one day.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The furnishings and decor are superb. The bed, mattress, and bedding are particularly comfortable and nice. The decor and environment of the entire property are classy and refined, including the gaming areas.

Wynn is the best hotel and casino in Las Vegas. It is located on the Strip, comfortable, with a great casino and great casino hosts. They usually comp us! My advice to anyone going to Las Vegas who has not stayed at the Wynn, make your reservation by phone directly with the hotel, ask to be assigned to a slot host, meet that host when you go there, and get a Red card and always use it.

This hotel made me feel important: Our slot host had the most to do with our enjoyment. Also they comped our rooms. On top of that, we won.
