This was a one-night treat, everything was wonderful.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They did what they would do for any guest. They were gracious, friendly, and available.

We were checked into an unclean room with used glasses and toiletries laying around. They offered to move us to a room on a lower floor without a view or a smoking room, obviously unacceptable offers. We ended up having to change our plans for the night and leave the room while waiting for it to be cleaned. It was not what I expected from a hotel of this caliber. Otherwise, it was a great hotel with incredible restaurants.

This is by far one of the best hotels I've stayed in. It's very comfortable with nice employees and friendly service and a must for those who enjoy the finer things in life.

It’s in an amazing location and the view of the only golf course in Las Vegas. There was no need to go to the Strip. There was great shopping but a bit pricey.

It’s absolutely the best in Las Vegas. I used to use Caesars, now we are sold on Wynn's Las Vegas. It has a great attention to detail in every area of service. I couldn't be more pleased.

It was horrible to get check in because they asked us for a nine hundred dollars cash deposit when we arrived since we did not have a credit card. The receptionist was totally rude. I do not recommend this hotel.

It’s a great hotel and casino. All employees were obviously very well trained. It could not have been better. I suggest you stay midweek, as rates are much lower.

For the prices paid and the image that the hotel represents, the service was not up to par. There were several instances that occurred with others in my party where the staff could have been a great deal more helpful than they chose to be. It was just a general sense that the service level provided did not measure up to the upscale image that the hotel was trying to project.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The overall decor was very upscale and created a feeling that in order to stay here you must indeed be important. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom very well appointed. It gave you a general sense of luxury.

I enjoyed Wynn Las Vegas very much. The location is perfect. The service was perfect. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. If anyone wants to stay at a perfect hotel this is the one.

I had a gorgeous, elegant room, with a dramatic view I was upgraded by the hotel to a better room. They have ceiling to floor windows, understated elegance in décor, not garish, and an elegant bathroom. They have very nice public rooms also.

This hotel made me feel excited: We were really thrilled about finding a hotel in Las Vegas that was so glamorous and classy without the usual Las Vegas bad taste.

I liked the excellent location, the comfort and the service. It was a little pricey.

I had to get a manager in the player's card customer service to help me with my problem since the regular staff did not seem able or willing to assist me.

I liked the lovely hotel and people. But being handicapped it was very difficult charging the electric scooter as the wall socket was not accessible next to the bed and the sink in the bathroom was too high to brush teeth in an electric scooter. It had no extension cords as I did ask. There were a few small problems in the bedroom and the bathroom. There was no way to take a shower as they had the shower head up high and I could not stand to get it.

I love the pillows, mattresses, facilities and the shampoos, and, soaps. Room service was prompt and the food was good, though expensive. The buffet and SW Steakhouse had wonderful food I hated that they closed down the Keno lounge while we were there and it was difficult to play with it based in the coffee shop. Also, we requested a rollaway bed for my friend's mother, but were told that they could not bring one into a room with two double beds because of a fire marshal rule. That's pretty much a lie to force you into renting two rooms for three people.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The maids are attentive, helpful, and offer you extra chocolates if they happen to come around while you are in the room. The floor plan of the double room was spacious.

I loved the buffet, it was very diverse! It’s in a great location for getting anywhere on the Strip. There's always a good parking space.

This hotel made me feel entertained: There are lots of shows available, close to all the other hotels with lots of other shows.

I thought the Wynn hotel was overall very nice, a calming pleasant surprise after the over the top brightness of the other Strip theme hotels. It has been said, often about how wonderful the rooms and food are, how true! I totally agree! My only complaint would be the service, especially at the first point of contact at check in.

This hotel made me feel entertained: It's that whole atmosphere of being in Las Vegas that's enjoyable, the people, lights, characters, clubs, and money.
