excellent service from the sports book and its employees and at the crap table especially overnight. Jeanine and her table made my stay very enjoyable and were very informative and helpful. They do believe in their stated philosophy

Since the Wynn Las Vegas opened in 2005 my wife and I have stayed there three times; once on our honeymoon (the week after they opened), Mother's Day weekend 2006 and 4th of July 2007. Each trip instills in me a desire to return to that wonderful place. I am not a whale, or even a higher roller but at the end of our last stay I sought out a host and was treated to my charges being comp'd based on my play. We stayed in the resort room which is very luxurious even for the "entry level" room for the Wynn. With the Fashion Show Mall right across the street we barely left the hotel for our 5 night stay. Tryst was a great night club, there were a few celebrities there the times that we have stayed and I have yet to have a better cranberry mojito than the ones I've had at the Wynn. It is expensive, but the mystique and allure that Steve Wynn has created is unlike any that I've experienced in Vegas. Last but not least... I've always felt that if I was going to pay to stay somewhere the bed better be at least just as comfortable as my bed at home... It is at Wynn Las Vegas.

I hit The Wynn this week for 24 hours of R&R and boy, did I get it. A fantastic room with the best bed I've ever stayed in, an excellent dinner overlooking the golf course, great service by every one I met, the best massage I've ever had (though the priciest) and a winning time in the casino.

Low-rollers need not visit; this place is pricey but who doesn't know that? I will definitely return...

It is an unfortunate thing that such a beautiful hotel can house such arrogance and disrespect for all of those that work within it as well as come in to work. I watched how they treated their staff and the massage therapists that came to the hotel to work on their clients. I heard them say that they have the right because they are "The Wynn". I hate to break it to them but they are just a hotel. The pompous arrogance of this place threw me off and made something that could have been beautiful experience quite unappealing. I have stayed in the Venetian, the Bellagio and even Ceasars and they are no where near as full of themselves the way the Wynn is. They always say it starts at the top so I guess its safe to say that Steve Wynn really must think a lot for himself. The rest of us don't seem to hold that same feeling. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.

I used their web site to book two nights while on business. The rate was $500+ per night but the room looked worth it. I didn't get the room that was described on their web page. Check in was pretty smooth, the property is enormous but I agree with the other post that they have there hand out for everything! Not even a morning newspaper!

Fitness center fee 0f $25 is worth it though. Beautiful facility, great wet areas and an attentive staff.

Do not take children on vacation here! Stopped at the door by an ill mannered door man and told we couldn't even enter through the front door of the casino. He wanted to reroute us around the casino and in the back for shopping!! We didn't want to spend our money that bad. Thanks Wynn you saved us money in shopping and playing in your casino ... Silly us, we even signed up and a had players card, played for two days there before we were assaulted by your "well trained" employee. Thanks for the free buffet and comps. now we'll go on down to MGM and stay our remaining vacation and any return visits to Vegas.

I gave this hotel a rating of 4. The place is truly amazing. The rooms are very luxurious. I do not mind spening the money when it is worth it but I must say this place is all about sucking as much from you as possible. $8 waters. $25 hamburgers. $500 round of golf. Pick up somehting in the minibar and you own is immediately. Want to look at the cars in the dealership....$10. Before you even step into the casino their hands are in your pocket. I liked the place and if you are looking for a top notch place in Vegas, the Wynn will be fun. But if you care at all about the amount of money you are spending or what you are actually spending it on, the Wynn is going to bother you. I have stayed at many top notch hotels but this one was a little ridiculous.

I was worried about booking with a reseller, but the room rate for the Winn was less than I could get any other way. Check-in went smoothly - they even upgraded our room at no charge. We found the accomadations to be very upscale, clean, spacious.

We stayed there for one night in August and it was amazing. We stayed in an executive suite so we were able to check in at the south gate and there was no long lines at all and the check in lady was very nice did not have a rude or horrific expirience like others have commented on. The room had a great view of the golf course and pool area. As we were staying in a suite we were able to use a seperate pool area and elevators. The bathroom amenities were great as well as the seperate bathrooms so there was no wait to shower or use the facilities. Table min's are high here but that is to be expected so we gambled elsewhere but I did win a little on the slots at the Wynn. I would definately stay here again in the future.

Had met Steve Wynn last year and expected five star service at his hotel, so going into it, we were positive--until they missed cleaning our room two days in a row--and each time we had to call housekeeping to beg to have our room cleaned. Ridiculous. Then, some kid throws up in the pool so it's shut down and the adult pool then became the kid pool (and I paid this much money to hear babies scream?). Result: We were very, very nice in hw we dealt with management, who were completely argumentative with us. (Why?) So we called Bellagio, and asked them to save us! We checked into Bellagio immediately, told them our story, and they upgraded us to a suite at a standard room price (wow!). Bellagio gave us five-star service with a stunningly beautiful property--and with a pool that, compared to Wynn's pool--wins hands down. The pool is stunning at Bellagio. We will never again go to the Wynn. And we will return to the Bellagio again and again. It was five-star service in a beautiful setting.

Although the lobby and casino area of this hotel are not as grandeur as Bellagio or Venetian, the hotel room definitely exceeded my expectation for a 5-star resort. The room has several impressive features, including electrical curtain and excellent modern decor. The bed is ultra comfortable, as cozy as the heavenly bed in Westin. The dining is superb. I had both brunch and dinner buffets there and I would highly recommend it. I would rate it above both Venetian and Bellagio.

The Wynn Las Vegas is elegant and modern. A wonderful addition to the hotel offerings in Las Vegas. The pools are gorgeous, although they do get crowded early. The Zoozacrackers Deli is excellent - highly recommend the Matzo Ball Soup. Gambling poolside is an excellent option not available at other hotels! Definitely recommend Wynn Las Vegas!

Liked the pillows. Thoughtful amenities. Room not ready for check-in until after 430pm. Was advised that they would call us when ready but never got the call so went to see the front desk twice. Bellman promised to bring us another pair of slippers but he must have forgot. Bathtub had powdery residue on the bottom. Nice seat in the shower. Expensive deli, 3 breakfast bagels, 2 coffees and 1 OJ, $49. Plasma TV was small. Table minimums were high. $50 min. craps and Black Jack. Drops to $25 during slow periods. Casino host was generous with comps.

Pathetic customer service - even for a Motel 6 or the like. Complained to manager on duty about an altercation with one of the snippy cocktail waitresses and got lip service. Sent follow up letter to President / Sr VP / VP and got nothing in response. Shame on you, Wynn hotel. Never again will you get my business and I'll tell everyone I know about your overpriced, cruddy customer service. Bellegio? Now there's a class joint.

We stayed in a standard room at the Wynn for 4 days in early July. The standard room is nice, on par with the Bellagio standard room, but smaller than the Venetian standard rooms, which are larger suites. We only ate at two different places at the hotel (Terrace Cafe - 24 hour; and Bartolotta, a seafood restaurant). Both places served good food, but the service was lacking. Our first visit to the Terrace Cafe was at 1:30 AM and they told us the wait would be 15-20 minutes! What? There were many open tables and not many people there! Why the wait? On our second visit at 4:30 PM, we waited about 10 minutes after being seated before anyone showed up to take our order. At Bartolotta, we were told the reservations were running 15 - 20 minutes behind, yet when they sat us at our table, there appeared to be several other open tables. Otherwise, Bartolotta was a wonderful, although pricey experience, but well worth it. The other service issue involved housekeeping not cleaning our room one day until we made repeated requests for them to do so.

My other gripe was that they had no pricing for things like facials, massages, and other services on the web. You had to call so they could send a price list. I thought the prices were steep even for a hotel of this class and my biggest gripe was that they wanted to charge $25/day (or a 3-day pass for $65) to use the gym even though it is only for hotel guests.

The hotel and casino were very nice, clean, and relatively uncrowded and our overall experience was a good one. However, I think you'll get more for your money in terms of amenities and service at the Venetian or the Bellagio.
