Out of all the hotels I've stayed at (from circus circus or the sahara to bellagio's and venetian), the service i received at the wynn was definitely one of the worst.
Check in.//
Arrived at around 9 pm. Wait was about 30 minutes. Service was so-so. I guess the lady couldnt understand my Japanese accent (which really isnt that bad, seeing how i attended college in the US) and seemed uninterested when i asked her questions.
Room.//
Great room. Comfortable beds and bathroom. Of course, seeing how I paid around $400 a night, i expected that much.
Service.//
Awful. My daughter had a stomachache, so we went down to get her some medicine. it was $4 for 4 pills, which is quite expensive, but at least it'll save me the walk to walgreens down the strip. i brought it up and gave it to my daughter, who after ten minutes, told me she felt worse. I looked closer at the medicine and realized that it was already EXPIRED for a month. I went back down and gave it to the counter lady, who instead of saying sorry, told me that the expiration date doesnt matter. I politely asked her if i could exchange the medicine for a new pack at least, to which she rolled her eyes, sighed (LITERALLY) and told me she'd have to ask her manager. Her manager came, and told me (again, NO SORRY) that expired medicine won't kill my daughter. I then asked her why my daughter felt worse after eating the medicine, to which she replied: "Look, you're overreacting." This got me really mad, and I requested to exchange the medicine or get a refund. Meanwhile, an even higher manager in the back heard us and came in front to talk to me. She then apologized to me about the service of her employees, exchanged the medicine, and promised to tell the two off. All this took me 30 minutes, with no compensation of ANY sort.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel, and I will never again come here.
