It was very nice. The room was very quiet.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The parking attendant let us unload close by.

I try to keep my objectivity when reading reviews of any type. That said, those who negatively review this hotel are dead on. This place is a dump!!! I booked the Wyndham and arrived to find the place renamed the "Riverfront""--a transitional name until another chain takes over (and remodels) the property in the next year or so. The valet parking charge IS criminal; the roomes ARE sauna-like; the staff is inattentive and rude; and, the pool looks like a swamp. From the moment of check-in to the blessed relif of check-OUT this stay was, in a word, MISERABLE!!! Calling the Wyndham people was useless. They passed the buck to the Riverfront people. Sounds like bait and switch to me.

The staff is always courteous. The hotel is always professional. It is clean and neat always. I have stayed here many times and it is always a pleasant experience.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff is always smiling and willing to accommodate us. Front desk staff has always been so nice to us. Cleaning staff is also very accommodating if needing extra towels, shampoo, etc.

I would have preferred to have on site parking other than valet. The room was comfortable. It was a little pricy for the area.

The computer system was down, but our room was ready. The staff was very pleasant. There was a problem with the bill once they got their computers back up, but I called once I got home and it was fixed and credited to my credit card within two or three days.
