Definitely one of the best hotels within the San Jose area. Compared to most hotels within the San Jose city limits, the accommodations here does live up to its star rating across the board.

Rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Pool and garden area were well kept.Beds were not comfortable. Mine squeaked and sagged in. walls were thin and gap under door brought in sounds of vacuuming at 8:00 AM. The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly....

Close to Airport & quick free shuttle service.Small bathroom. The airport shuttle is quick and free. I was the last one at the shuttle stop, but the first one picked up. Had breakfast in the restaurant and it was delish. The staff was very helpful....
I was made to feel welcome as soon as I walked through the door. The room was very nicely appointed even with welcome amenities of my choice already in the room at no extra charge! I never had to wait for more than 10 minutes for any request I made
