My stay was extremely nice.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was very nice. The bed was the best hotel bed I have ever slept in.

I liked the friendliness, and cleanliness of the hotel. The people were nice.

I went into this hotel today where I was going to stay along with 11 others. The hotel smells like mold. I walked by two rooms that were open and being cleaned and the mold smell knocked me down. When I went to my room on the thrid floor there was a large stain on the bed spread and the top blanket looked as if a small animal had urinated on it. The roomed smelled of wetness and urine. This is not the first time. Last year they were supposed to fix the rooms on the first floor due to mold and wetness issues. When I walked outside of the first floor rooms you could see how all the room curtains had been wet and were not taken down and cleaned. The curtains had water stains all over them.

The carpets in the main hallways were filthy and all were ragged around the edges and some had holes in them. The floors that were not covered with rugs had all the stain/paint worn off of them in many places.

Check in was smooth and painless. Very helpful desk clerk. The public areas had a charming appeal to them. It reminded me of the hotel in "The Shining" - but in a good way! :-) However, the room itself was another story...It had a musty basement kind of smell. The furnishings need updating! This is 2007, not 1977. Anyways, it had a comfortable bed and the room was clean.

Was very excited with our stay. In town for a tournament and had a great experience. Staff nice, breakfast great, pools great and rooms very nice. Great deal.
