The room was nice and the roomy bed was comfortable.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The staff was welcoming and it offered assistance.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was friendly, especially the room service staff. The bartender was excellent and the restaurant was also very good. The rooms were as expected.

The hotel was beautiful and was in a great location.

This hotel made me feel content: My room was cozy and atmosphere was friendly.

The concierge was rude. Despite complaints to the front desk, a male staff member repeatedly entered the room without knocking while I was on business and my wife was sleeping.

It's a very nice hotel in a very convenient location. Maintenance problems were addressed quickly but follow-up was fair to poor (i.e., cleanup as promised). The bagel shop off the lobby is great!

There were a number of pesky things wrong in the room. Bulbs were burned out, the movie listing was for last month, the bathroom fixture was broken and unusable and all this for $139 per night.
