Wyndham Palm Springs Hotel - Page 2

The location was close to theaters, restaurants and shopping, allowing us to walk when we wished to. The hotel had a very friendly staff.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They provided convenient and spacious parking on site. The staff at the lobby desk spoke to us each time we entered the lobby and inquired as to our satisfaction with the accommodations.

The hotel has a good location, but it needs some updating.

I liked the location and the pool. It was a very nice hotel.

This was once a great hotel. It was one of my favorite spots. Not any more. At 4 pm I checked into my room which had not been cleaned yet. They switched me to another room. The carpet was filthy.

There was a cricket chirping in my room and the engineer said it was in the wall and he couldn't get it out. They switched me to yet another room. This room was also dirty. I had a king bed and the bottom sheet did not fit the bed. The sheet ended about 6 inches before the end of the mattress.

Yuk.

The reservations were wrong, the billing was incorrect, and one of the rooms we were sent to wasn't serviced since the last occupant.

I attended a business meeting at the hotel. Everyone was exceptionally nice, helpful and they went out of their way to please.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff treated me as a regular, favorite guest.

The hotel is in a great location close to the Casino and downtown. I was able to walk to the Museum as well as the local places of interest.

The hotel has great location, pool and ambiance. You can walk to town, there is a good bar with happy hour and the rooms are remodeled.

This hotel made me feel elegant: I found a bottle of wine and cheese in the room.

I love the pool, but the service in the restaurant is slow.

The stay was fine. I would recommend it to anyone.

I was told that the pool was off limits due to special events so they upgraded my room to a suite. The pool ended up being available so I had a great time there.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The bed was comfortable and cozy. I went to the free breakfast but they were not serving what I wanted and the server went to the kitchen to have them made it for me at no charge.

The pool was great. The restaurant was slow at serving. Some staff was not real friendly.

They messed up the billing.

The pool was beautiful. However my room was boring and no refrigerator was available in my room. So we had to request one and then it was not sent so we had to call and request a second time. We had two small beds so we could not sleep in the same bed together and they could not accommodate us to a larger bedroom due to a local event. It was a non smoking room and it smelled slightly of smoke but not as bad as some other non-smoking in other hotels that I have gone to in the past.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The hotel had a wonderful lobby with a grand entrance.

It's a very beautiful hotel. It has spacious rooms, great food service, and a huge poolside.

This was the first experience I had as a Wyndham by Request member. It was great!
