The hotel was very expensive and the room was less than you would get from a Motel 6 that would have been a 1/3 of the price. The room lighting was terrible. The check-in counter staff was rude and they did not keep all of our reservations together.

This hotel made me feel secure: There were 2 doors we had to go through to get to our room and then there were security guards driving around along with a guard at a gate in front of the resort.

This was the first one I had stayed at. Before this it was an unknown. It is now one of my two favorite hotel chains.
This hotel made me feel respected: The staff treated me respectfully. The operator answered the phone with my name.

As a first time stay, it was not all bad. One day missed of house cleaning and that was all. I would stay there again.
