Rooms needed to be painted and bathrooms need work.

I have used Wyndham's before. This was a very nice, accommodating resort property. It takes you away from the Orlando hustle and bustle.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Nice and spread out. Low rise buildings. Beautiful, relaxing grounds.

This hotel made me feel secure: During the hurricane the lights never faltered and the building didn't shake.

I was disappointed with the pool bar area. The poolside bar was only open about 2 hours a day, before dinner time, and not at all at night when most people were there.

Wyndham establishments country wide care about 'little' things: neat rooms, clean baths, well appointed rooms, furniture is kept in excellent condition, as are linens, etc.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Employees called me by name and looked at me when speaking with or to me.

Overall, the hotel was not bad, but they were notoriously slow in putting out fresh towels at the pool and the room had a sticky, dirty feel to it, especially the carpets. In addition, we had 2 burnt out light bulbs when we checked in.

This hotel made me feel practical: The hotel was not nearly as nice as it was made out to be and so we felt practical rather than elegant from staying there rather than at another hotel.

This hotel made me feel content: I felt like I was at home. I was very pleased with the bunk beds for my kids. They were very friendly and made us feel at home.

The Wyndham Resort was the best place to make someone feel like they are special.

This hotel made me feel pampered: Staff was superbly attentive. Transportation prompt and efficient. Restaurants and bar exceptional. Food outstanding. Service well above average.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The atmosphere and layout of the resort.

There was a can of used batteries on the floor in the room, a man checking the AC unit on the floor near the window when I opened the door, the concierge was not helpful and the knob on the TV cabinet fell off trying to open it up.

So far the best place and cleanest place I have ever stayed and the friendliest staff I have ever met.

This hotel made me feel hip: They had a free shuttle to Disney World and tickets were involved. Also, they knew about clubs that are for my age people.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Very professional and courteous staff. The hotel was spread over a large piece of land, and I prefer a high rise hotel. The rooms were very small and the AC was right next to the bed.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Everything was almost apartment styled in layout. Everything in the room was well designed and easy to get to. Information was available for hotel and area amenities, making my life easier.

The hotel was a horrible experience. Nothing was working, the staff was not helpful, and the hotel was filthy.

My experiences were unique, mainly only to me due to the inconsiderate guests who were staying in my section of the resort. I was extremely displeased by the hotel staff's reaction to my complaints during my stay. I was also given incorrect information.
