I did not use the Disney credit card they gave me to charge everything; I'd rather pay cash so I did not use it. I loved everything about it and would go back if I had the chance.

This hotel made me feel pampered: If I called for extra towels they were right there with them. Someone always asked if we needed help.

I loved the location, the hotel was more fun than the day spent at Epcot. It was beautiful and I would recommend it to anyone.

The place was very nice! I enjoyed the Pizza Hut located right on the campus.

It’s a huge location, it looks normal from the outside. When you head to your rooms (mine was far away from the street), it looks pretty neat with a few pools and have more side amenities than average. But it was very disappointing that there's no free wireless internet access available for the guests. You have to pay if you wanna go online. For a hotel with such a star rating, that is not very convenient, in my opinion. Check in/out was a breeze. The coffeemaker's glass was broken (shattered). I called for a new one, but never showed up. One plus point is definitely the pools since there are quite a few of them. The location is very good. It's on International Drive, so you can expect to have many shops/restaurants/attractions around.

We had one day left and were checked out and locked out of our room. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. It was by far the best room in which we've ever stayed.

Their policy was Inconsistent, i.e., some co-workers were able to sign up for 'by request' the same day as check in, while others were not.

Wyndham Orlando Resort was older than expected and had a musty smell. There was mold in the bathroom.

I'm furious about this experience and the lies their check-in and reservations people told us in regards to the high-speed Internet availability in rooms. I have emailed a complaint and they have ignored me. They charge a ridiculously high price for a middle-of-the-road room.

I expect things to be pleasant, clean, and comfortable and they were. I expect the staff to be helpful, polite and friendly and they were. I haven't had a bad experience at a Wyndham.

This hotel made me feel respected: Wyndham is a respected name in the hotel industry and offers a good product. I felt the staff at the hotel we stayed in was very competent and friendly also.
