Our room was clean. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Staff was very nice ... though our room was not ready when we checked in at 5:30pm (should have been ready at 4pm) ... but they did get us another room.

We found the hotel clean and friendly. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teenage children. The bed linen and towels were changed daily and the beautiful grounds were spotless. The pools were warm and clean. The food was OK in the hotel but nothing special, its is easy and cheap to eat out so it didn't bother us.

This hotel is horrible! It is filthy...unkept...and run down. I waited for 6 hours for my room (2 hours after the hotels official check-in time of 4:00 PM). The staff bordered on rude, but were definitely apathetic. The pool area is very nice. It is one of the areas that appears to be maintained. Unfortunately, it doesn't make up for mildew in the bathroom, cracked painted, and keep-you-up-all-night air conditioners (yes...they are that noisy). I am sure there are nicer places to stay in Orlando. Even if they cost a bit more...I suggest that you spend the extra money and enjoy the experience.

I found the resort itself to be very nice but the room was horrible. The bathroom was small, old and in need of a makeover. The bathroom door hit the toilet so it would not open all the way and the ventilation was nonexistent. I found the fake wood floors and furnishings very cheap looking. I loved the location so next time I will try to find a bettter hotel in the same area.

The hotel is lovely looking. The room was spacious and had nice hardwood floors. Our one issue was how thin the walls were. We could hear EVERYTHING our neighbors said or did. It was a little disturbing.

We stayed in the Florida Fun Suite, It was a larger room which included a refrigerator. The room was very dirty, I always carry clorox wipes and I recleaned the room, I couldn't believe how dirty it was, the door inside, the bathroom, tables, etc...all were so dirty, my wipes were black after wiping it all down. The hotel itself with the pools were nice. The customer service was nice, we are by request members and the brought us wine and fruit.

Everything nice but the room was dirty, oh and if you are on the bottom floor you can hear the people above you walking and jumping around, and beside you too, walls really thin.

Do NOT stay at this facility if you value your belonging. Our room was robbed with no evidence of a forced entry. Security was useless. Hotel management staff was useless. To add insult to injury we were accused by the hotel insurance agent of misplacing 3 laptops,digital camera, HD camcorder,PDA,and numerous other items. Hotel management has dragged their feet as has the Orlando police. We were told to make claim with our insurance company but how do you claim pictures and movies of a graduation and week cruise taken the week before. Calls to hotel management are not returned. A vacation that was to be special was made a nightmare.

For 185.95 a night...I was thinking this was going to be nice. Bathroom was disgusting! Dirty. I did not even want to take a shower. My husband, who could take a shower anywhere did not even want to take a shower. Everything was old.....broken......and the front door at the bottom....you could see daylight. UGH! Stay away from this place. NOT GOOD!

I really thought this would have been a great place. At 1st glance, the grounds look beautiful...out of a postcard. But it stops there. The rooms were filthy, found a 3in roach in my room and the hotel could care less when brought to their attention. Broken light bulb for the entire stay despite multiple calls a day to the front desk. No hot water from the sink. TV was busted. Safe broken. After bringing all this to the hotel after the first couple of days there response was oh well, we did our best, sorry. What a slap in the face I got for my $800 for the week. Stay away, for health and safety reasons, stay away....far away. Much better places to stay in Orlando.

My girlfriend and I decided to take a weekend trip to Orlando and booked this online. After seeing some of the very negative reviews I was worried about what I'd gotten myself into.

When we got to the Resort and checked in all worry fell away.

The place was awesome. The room we stayed at in the 15 building was clean and I really liked the hardwood floors. So much better and allergy free than a musty carpet.

There was a wedding AND a Rolls Royce convention going on at the Resort and I had no trouble getting a parking space close to my room.

I loved that it was in the center of EVERYTHING. We didn't even have to leave the resort for dinner. We ate at Gatorville and it was awesome.

The pool and hot tub were definitely a great help after a long day walking around Universal. The free shuttle to and from the park was also a great help.

I can only hope that next time we decide to go to Universal we can book this place again.

They take good care of the grounds and the conference facilities.

I did not appreciate being tricked into a time share meeting. We were told it would be a quick survey about our check in experience. Other than that, it was wonderful.

I loved how spacious it was and it was at a decent price. I did not like how they tried to charge us for missing dinnerware, especially when we had family members eating from different places.

This hotel made me feel hip: The room was larger than any hotel room I had stayed at; I also loved the jacuzzi and the big screen TV.

I liked the resort style lobby, the grounds and the restaurant. But it had motel style rooms, old, dark and dirty. We were bitten by some sort of insect that burrowed under skin. The hotel was close to attractions.

I found a palmetto bug on my pillow.

This hotel made me feel content: It was a very nice hotel with a lot of amenities.

The hotel had great service and lovely grounds. The rooms were somewhat on the small side.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I was there for a Veterans convention and the service was really first class.

The hotel had extremely large comfortable rooms and beds and quiet surroundings. My room was too far from the main conference room.

This hotel made me feel inspired: This was a church assembly gathering. The surroundings were fit and proper.
