I booked my hotel with daytonabeach.com it ask me if I wanted a rollaway bed I checked yes. it said check in time was 3:00, we go at three it was my daughters 16th birthday party weekend we get there and we our told check in time is 4:00 and they do not have roll away beds. I leave and go to the store and buy a air bed. we get into our room the carpet was wet from them shampooing it. i fell on the tile floor. i called to the front desk they said they where going to move us no one ask me if i was o.k. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes for them to bring us the key. when we got to the new room the key did not work. we had to go to the lobby four times before we got a key to work. i ask them on saturday the next day if i could have a room with a pull out i would pay for it so i was not sleeping on a air bed with my back hurting and they said they could do nothing. this hotel is really big and i could not understand how they did not have one room. I called to talk to a manager on monday but i am still wainting for them to call me back to see what they are going to do.
