I had to stay there once when stranded at O'Hare. It was a good experience. I stayed the next time by choice.

I spent four hours waiting for shuttle from airport. The desk staff was snotty and not willing to help.

The hotel room was very clean. The furniture was comfortable. The concierge was friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk clerks were of great help. The hotel was actually near a music venue, but our stay was very quiet and relaxing. It also was near a Target and quite a few restaurants. A seven-eleven and liquor store was just a few blocks away as well in walking distance. Anything that you would like to get if you did not want to pay for room service was available.

This hotel made me feel respected: Wyndham O'Hare was a fairly expensive and gorgeous hotel. It was not the kind of place that my significant other and I were used to. But when we stayed at the Wyndham we were met with cordial and professional manner.

I liked my stay there.

I liked the location and accessibility to the hotel.

The Wyndham O'Hare was easy to get to and had free parking. The banquet food was very good with generous servings. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a smoking room but you could not detect any smoke odor in the room. I felt the charge to access the Internet was excessive. I expected it to be free.

The hotel's location, function, and service were all adequate. But it was too expensive for the casual tourist. I only stayed there due to a convention I was attending (we could split the bill several ways). I would otherwise stay at a Motel 6 or a similar facility if visiting the area.

The hotel seems fairly run down. It was not a first choice, I only stay there because this is where the seminars are held.

I liked the hotel's good location and good price.

I liked this hotel's interior design, complimentary guest items, furniture, linens, lighting, flooring, desk, room telephone, temperature control, cable TV, room view, and restaurant dining atmosphere. I disliked the slow room service when I asked for extra towels. Also, there was little variety in the restaurant's dinner menu (on the multiple days that I visited, the same meal for dinner was served each time).

Everything was excellent with the hotel, except for the room service, which could be improved. I ordered cookies and milk, they forgot the milk and we asked for a single apple and instead they gave us an apple pie and never returned our money.

The location was good for access to the airport, but poor for access to downtown. My stay at the Wyndham was very nice.

The heat would not shut off during the night, we were boiling.

It was a good stay except for the Internet service not functioning for the first 24 hours.

Guests should bring a swimsuit, and maybe earplugs. The outdoor pool was great, but the planes were loud. It wasn't too bad inside, but outside, it's another story. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay, and the food provided was good.

I was extremely surprised by the quiet atmosphere of this hotel. It's in close proximity to O'Hare and a major freeway and the only way I could tell was by looking out a window. I was treated very well by the staff.

This hotel was conveniently located next to the airport. Service and comfort were good, as expected.
