I liked the location. I disliked the smoky bar and the tacky lobby and hallways. They are currently being remodeled.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Wyndham O'Hare.

The first guest room we stayed in had a defective entry doorframe and there was only one wheelchair, so we were forced to rent a wheelchair for my grandmother.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Wyndham O'Hare.

There was no air conditioning thus had to sleep with the windows open, which is right next door to O'Hare and the freeway. The staff had no idea where to direct guests on getting to their rooms. They were sent to the wrong elevators and then their rooms were not accessible from that specific elevator. The available parking was limited due to an event next door and that left some of our party with no parking. The parking attendants were very rude and not helpful nor friendly. The location of the parking lot to the hotel driveway was bad. You had to cross traffic to get back into the parking lot, which caused a major problem in Chicago. Most hotels have free wireless. This is not one of them. I was very disappointed in that. The shuttle was helpful to get to O'Hare. The concierge was very helpful in helping us get to where we had to be.

I am not likely to return to the Wyndham O'Hare.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The staff was a little cranky both on the phone and in person. It took entirely too long to check in. The room service was a little slow, and the food was lukewarm. The bathroom had hairs on the floor and it smelled funny in the room.

This hotel made me feel practical: I was treated just like everyone else.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Wyndham O'Hare.

Room service was ordered and it never showed up, even after 2 phone calls...then we were still charged for it. Unknown charges showed up on my debit card after the stay, and I am still sorting that mess out. Room was not cleaned even once during the 4 day stay. At check out, they tried to charge me twice for my room and it took 20 minutes and two managers to figure out that I already paid for my room. By the way, internet is not free...it costs 10 dollars per day.

I was aghast at the condition of the room and I could not reach the windows to look out, and when I found a chair to see outside, I was looking at the roof, and there was a hole area which should have covered up the sprinkler. To top it off I asked for a smoking room and even called that morning to confirm and they said yes and I ended up in a non-smoking room. Also, little charges started to appear on my card up and above the room and I only used room service in the morning. When I went to check out, I checked out at a price I knew I spent, but then all these little charges, took me 3 weeks to straighten out. Will never go there again and will never ever send clients there. Sad to say, that they lost about $12,000 worth of business a year from our small company.

When we went to check in, we had to change rooms three times do to the rooms being in varying states of disarray or damage. Also, there was only one wheelchair at the hotel and, as it was already claimed, we had to go to a medical supply store and rent one for my eighty year old grandmother. Other than that, the restaurant was excellent, the housekeeping was superb and the staff was accommodating.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Wyndham O'Hare.

I am handicapped and I walk with great difficulty. I asked for a room near the front exit. The room was almost at the end of the building. There was no wheelchair available. They also put next to me rowdy army recruits. They disturbed me to the point I could not sleep. The staff offered complimentary room service. But I would not recommend it.

I am not likely to return to the Wyndham O'Hare.

I liked the friendly staff and the luxurious accommodations.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The employees went out of their way to help in any way they could. They were prompt with the service and they even seemed to enjoy my company.

I stayed a total of three nights and the room was never cleaned by housekeeping. We had to call about getting fresh towels and even when seeing housekeeping in the hall as they were cleaning other rooms and asking them to make sure they cleaned the room in which we were staying, they still did not attend to our room.

I was disappointed by the location of the hotel, as it was very far from the city, although I am sure that it is very convenient for many travelers. The comfort and the service were fine, although the room was not yet ready when I arrived to check in.

The hotel rooms are comfortable and very clean. The restaurant is higher priced than I am used to but it has excellent breakfast. The staff is courteous and will work with you on any issues you have.

There was a lack of restaurant variety and the one available was way too pricey. When we checked out, it took us about twenty minutes because we paid cash and no one had any change for our size bills we paid for with.

I like staying at the hotel. The staff is courteous. If you are traveling with a big party the hotel restaurant may not be your best pick to eat at. They do have restaurants in walking distance or driving just a short distance away. It is also close to the airport. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

This hotel made me feel respected: They went out of their way to help me and cater to my needs. Room service was also very courteous. The front desk staff really went out of their way to assist me with an issue with my room. They truly have quality staff.

I am very likely to return to the Wyndham O'Hare.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
