It was comfortable, spacious, and with excellent service.

This hotel made me feel respected: I felt like I was a very important guest.

The staff gave the impression of being 'happy workers' and seemed genuinely glad we were there. They wanted us to enjoy everything.

This hotel made me feel excited: I enjoyed being in New Orleans with a terrific view and access within walking distance to everything we wanted.

I did not know about all the hotel had to offer, nothing was said at check-in.

I enjoyed the beautiful view of the river.

Since Wyndham is an upscale hotel, I expected the room to be clean and orderly. Instead, the room smelled like someone had thrown up in it. I asked to change rooms and the new room had light bulbs burned out and no tissue paper in the bathroom.

Because of various plumbing and room key problems, I had to change room 3 times in 48 hours. I emailed the main office of the Wyndham about the problems and they have never responded. They must not care about their customers.

It's always a good experience. The view of the Mississippi River and downtown New Orleans are breathtaking.

This hotel made me feel secure: The lobby was on the upper floor, and access to room floors was only by key in the elevator.

This hotel made me feel secure: You needed a room keycard to operate the elevator.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I appreciated the special personalization when we got into room (our preferred beverage and snack were there waiting for us when we got into the room).

This hotel made me feel respected: The employees there were very attentive to any of our needs, even when we didn't have any! They also placed a phone call to our room shortly before delivering our breakfast meal instead of just showing up and possibly catching us at a bad time.
