The place was convenient, clean, great for the kids and a great deal.

The bellhops were very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff did not seem too eager to help. The valet parking staff was very friendly as well. The lighting was low and there were not enough outlets. Ten dollars for internet per day was steep with the two hundred and eighty dollars a night base rate charge. I am doubtful I will stay at a Wyndham again.

This is a super nice hotel, there is only valet parking, but it is located downtown, so to valet park is actually more convenient. Their room service was excellent and right on time, large portions and any condiments you could ask for. The staff was super helpful with everything from directions to getting me a special pillow at 2 am. You can't beat this hotel for the money.

It's family friendly, clean, and has great deals.

The hotel is in a great location to explore Cleveland. Service was good, but nothing extra.

The Wyndham is a very nice hotel for a decent price. The Wyndham by Request features were an added bonus. One of our party of five was handicapped so they gave us connecting rooms, one of which was handicap-equipped (we had just asked for two rooms).

This hotel made me feel elegant: It's a nice place in the downtown area of a big city. The rooms and the ample supply of pillows were very pampering.

The Wyndham Hotel in Cleveland's Playhouse Square district is a nice enough hotel. It is visually quite impressive from the outside, and the rooms are well-appointed. The room I stayed in was adequate, though it was a little small. The walls were a little thin as well, which I'm sure was as distracting to the party on the other side of us as it was to us. The amenities were pretty good, though; the pool, sauna and hot tub were nice, again not large, but we really enjoyed them. We got a good deal on the hotel through an internet special, fine for that, but I'd think twice before paying the full rate.

I stayed for two nights while traveling for work. I did not have any problems while there and found the hotel clean and comfortable.

It's an okay hotel, but it's somewhat overpriced for what you get. I wouldn't pay the extra money if it were on my dime. The people there are friendly.

They had no hotel parking, except valet. The hotel was in a rundown part of the city (lots of empty store fronts). The bathroom lighting was horrible and I was charged incorrectly for the room.

It took over an hour to get the 'complimentary welcome snacks and drinks' that we were suppose to receive at check-in!

At checkout, the rate was 10 or 12 dollars more than agreed to on the corporate reservation line for either the aura or aarp rate. Had to wait for the assistant mngr to get this rectified.
