Wyndham Hotel Richmond Hotel - Page 2

I enjoyed my stay very much. It was closely located to downtown Richmond as well as to many fast food places, drugstores and shops. The service was very good. I have no complaints. I also stayed there because of a major discount they were providing to by Request members. So, it was much cheaper than it would have been.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They had those great Aeron mesh chairs that are extremely comfortable. They also had many pillows, especially a massive big one that was extremely comfortable. The room service was prompt and the parking was great.

I was told that the room was going to have a microwave and refrigerator but it didn't.

I enjoyed the Wyndham hotel. The staff was friendly and kind. The place also had a sweet aroma.

This hotel made me feel secure: The rooms were located inside of a building, instead of walking up to a door outside.

This hotel made me feel respected: Staff stopped what they were doing immediately to answer questions, were always pleasant and helpful, always called me by my proper name.

There was a power outage for a night and almost the whole next day, it got very hot and uncomfortable, and the TV did not work. The hotel did nothing to ensure our comfort, or try to make it up to us.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I am a by request member and there were juice, nuts and water in the room when we got there.

Lovely hotel. Excellent staff. Dining room staff especially pleasant and friendly.
