The internet was excellent and the location good. There was construction going on at the time and that was not too pleasant.

It’s very conveniently located to the Orange County Airport. They have good service, comfortable rooms, and good food in the Tera Nova restaurant.

The Wyndham hotel was nice, but nothing special. It was near everything, which was nice. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and cleaned the room promptly. I found the view to be only ok, the landscaping could use some work. It was a nice place to sleep though, as there were no disturbances and the room was clean.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staff made sure that we had everything we needed in our rooms.

It was marvelous! It was everything a luxury hotel should be. The amenities were wonderful. The Belgian waffles at the breakfast bar were to die for! The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The pool and spa were great! My advice for tourists: go there. It was a bit pricey but worth it!

This hotel made me feel respected: The employees had a good attitude. I was staying there for a technical school in Tustin. They had a hotel shuttle every morning to take us five miles to our office and to pick us up every night after class. The employees all had an attitude of trying to be a perfect '10,' and would go out of their way to attain that goal. They were always friendly and their chef was the best. He made the best Belgian waffles in the morning. Their hostess even called my room and invited me for our group dinner when I decided to pass on the meal. She was very persuasive and extremely perky. She had more pixie dust than Tinkerbell.

The front desk staff was amazing. They treated us like royalty. We had a problem with someone smoking on the non-smoking floor and they gladly moved us. In the process they moved us into an upgraded room free of charge (without our knowledge) and we were thrilled. As far as the room goes, the main complaint is with the lighting. They use energy compliant lights and the room seemed dim. I couldn't seem to get it bright enough to read, etc.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff took our complaints/needs seriously. They fixed any problems promptly and with a smile. They called us by our names. The room upgrade was a huge hit when we didn't expect it. But it was all the little things too.

This hotel is an excellent value (room upgrade, free Internet), and I was given a nice welcome gift. What more can one ask for?

We enjoyed the complimentary wine, cheese, and crackers. The breakfast inclusion was appreciated. The hotel location is perfect for our needs.

This hotel is convenient for Orange County airport and highways. It's in a mixed commercial and retail district, not a tourist zone. It's great for adults, but maybe not so for kids.

This is a convenient location, especially if you need to be in the Orange County area. Parking was convenient, though less plentiful on Friday and Saturday evenings when major events were held.

The rooms vary in location and quality. Do ask for a room overlooking the water, and then let yourself relax looking at it. The rooms are tastefully decorated, and the beds were comfortable. Service was quick when I asked for extra pillows and later for extra towels. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

I didn't use room service or the exercise room, but the pool and whirlpool were clean and operational. We had breakfast at the hotel dining room, and it was reasonably quick and the quality of the food was good.

I'm not happy about paying for parking.

My company chose the hotel. The television stations were stripped, and I would have enjoyed a wider selection.
