This hotel is an oasis. We've been staying here for twenty years when visiting Chicago, but the current management is the best. Clean, classy place. Spacious and welcoming, the staff is wonderful. They go out of their way to take care of your every need. It feels like family when staying here. Don't believe the lukewarm reviews--you'll love it.
