Wyndham Glenview Suites Hotel - Page 2

The hotel was not directly off the highway exit and a little tricky to find for out of towners. Once at the hotel, the accommodations can't be beat. The rooms were very nice, very clean, and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying at the Wyndham Suites. It’s not cheap but it is a very good value.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was very clean, very private, and extremely nice. The room was very up to date and elegant. My stay was very relaxing.

The Wyndham Suites Glenview, near Chicago, were beautiful and comfortable. However, we had some problems with our stay. The Wyndham hotel promised to personalize our room with our choice of beverage, snacks, and other gifts but they did not come through as promised. We were put in a smaller room than I had paid for, although when I called the front desk, they eventually found the correct room for us. We paid for a package deal that included a wonderful breakfast buffet, but were given inadequate vouchers and had to contact the front desk again.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The hotel surroundings were beautiful, with vines wrapped around an enormous structure in the atrium which our room overlooked. Even the canopied entrance over the drive had lit crystal chandeliers.

First I was put in the same room as someone else, next I was put in a stinky smoking room. Finally, after wasting a lot of my precious time, I got an adequate room.

The facilities and personnel were very nice. The buffet breakfast was very good. The only problem was that there were many people stranded at O'Hare Airport because of cancelled flights, it was late at night and there was only one van to transport people to the motel. So we had to wait two hours to get there.

This is a nice hotel. I stayed in a comfortable, clean room.

It was just a hotel, a place to sleep when I'm not home. Overall, I had no complaints.

I loved this hotel and would be glad to recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It was a great experience. It was my first time staying there and I honestly thought it was a great hotel. The staff was very friendly, as were the waiters and the restaurant.

I will always stay at the Doubletree for business travel. I get excited about staying there.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They had large rooms, and the employees were quick to do anything that you may need.

They were inconsistent with their usage of the business rooms. Also, some employees were not aware of the hotel's vending supplies.

The hotel had rude employees. The air conditioning went out and it took over 5 hours to get fixed. It also took 4 different in-house numbers to get an actual person.

This hotel made me feel content: I asked for a different room, and they gave it to me. I used the pool, and the fridge and microwave in the room were just what I needed.

It was very comfortable and relaxing. It was a nice weekend getaway for our anniversary.

This hotel made me feel important: We were staying there for the weekend of my son's wedding. I had a hospitality suite, gift bags for out of town guests and a rehearsal dinner at the hotel.
