Wyndham Garden Hotel Novi Hotel - Page 1

The hotel was conveniently located. We only stayed the night and we did not use much of the hotel services.

I really enjoyed the few days we spent at the hotel. I am part of their ByRequest membership that is free to anyone but allows you to specify the room as you desire. You can request everything from pillow type to room location. I got the 50/50 deal that included two daily breakfast buffet which was great. The Sunday brunch included made to order omelets, waffles or french toast. They also have a variety of dried fruits that one can add to their cereals. The other food options included standard hot breakfast of egg, meats and potatos along with fresh fruit and an assortment of juices. The room was great to say the least. I've stayed at various Wyndham locations and the room is kept at a standard. The desk chair is my favorite. I think it is a "Miller Ergo" chair. The garden view was very nice and relaxing. The bed was firm and comfortable and provided two great nights of sleep. They also provided us with an in-room fridge. The bathroom was standard with products from Bath and Body. When I make my way back to Novi for another Michigan football game I will start and end my search with the Wyndham Novi.

I asked when I made my reservation about breakfast and they told me I could have it included in the price. That really helped me save some extra spending money, because 12 Oaks Mall is very close. The pool was refreshing and the view to the garden is well manicured. There is even a pond on the side of the building with swans.

Checking in was very fast, because I am a ByRequest member. I would recommend joining thier program before you make a reservation so that you can enjoy the complimentary amenities. Breakfast was great and they make omlettes when you request them. My server was very welcoming.

They had an excellent Thanksgiving weekend special. The hotel is convenient to shopping and freeways. It has well appointed rooms with an atmosphere of quality.

This hotel made me feel secure: The hotel is one story so I was not concerned about emergency exits down elevators or stairs. The hotel is positioned at the end of a shopping complex where there is low traffic. Everyone I saw in the hotel appeared to be a guest or employee.

This was a great place for a weekend get-away. My wife and kids had a great time here. The pool was great, a nice temperature. The breakfast buffet which was included with our room was wonderful.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The room was comfortable and the service was good so I was able to take it easy.
