Wyndham Garden Hotel Mount Olive

Overall we had a good - not great - experience. For the most part, the hotel staff efficiently handled multiple medium/large events (we were there for a niece's wedding). The rooms were comfortable, not plush. We mostly ate catered meals at the hotel, which were well prepared and serviced.

The desk staff was unfriendly/unavailable. There were not enough towels, pillows, or toilet paper in the room. Housekeeping was rude and intrusive if you didn't answer the door immediately when they knocked (2-3 seconds allowed for response). The bar staff was unavailable/rude to younger patrons.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It was very quiet, not too busy, they had nice places to sit and relax.
