It needs better air conditioning.
The room was clean, well maintained and nicely decorated.
The hotel has a friendly staff. The hotel is older and the rooms are small. It has the best wireless Internet of any hotel I've ever stayed.
It was a very nice hotel. But there weren't any places to eat around there except for the hotel restaurants.
The staff was not very helpful. The food was no good. The promised shuttle to the US Open was very unreliable. We actually had to bum a ride with another hotel shuttle to get home two of the three nights we were there.
This hotel is a great place to stay.
The air conditioning did not work and we had to stay anyway-they did not offer to put us up anywhere else. The shuttle service was non-existent a couple of nights-we had to hop rides with other hotels just to get back to our hotel!
My dissatisfaction relates to a heating problem in the room (it was cold!); in their defense, they moved me to a wonderful room when they determined they'd be unable to fix the problem.
The phone was not ringing.
The Wyndham hotel chain is dependable in what they deliver.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Their restaurant had a very laid back atmosphere. We were able to enjoy our meals without any pressure to leave.
I had not had much experience with Wyndham. I was pleasantly surprised. I would consider them again, though I normally use the Marriott group of hotels.
