I am very disappointed with the failure of the desk clerk and managers to show compassion and courtesy on the day we checked out. Not only was my daughter suffering from a terrible virus she was in the hospital for 5 out of the 7 days we stayed in Texas.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: Wyndham was a very nice hotel but there was a lot of construction around the area, so it was hard to get around. I enjoyed the amenities while we there, but unfortunately, my 16-month-old daughter ended up in the hospital.
