Good Location Hotel and very nice sleeping rooms. The service was outstanding during my stay.

I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a nice and reasonable price property. Our reception was great, good tasting food, and excellent service was provided by Hugo Frausto and his staff! I would recommend this Wyndham property to friends and family. Thank you for everything!

Nice and friendly front office staff. I work at the Watermark Comunnity Church and stay here often and get treated like a princess. Full hot breakfast buffet available every morning.

We recently had a wedding reception at this location and we wish we hadn't. My family was treated poor, my guests who booked a room showed up and didn't have a room. The reception was okay but the layout wasn't what I asked and after the reception was done, customer service went down hill. I'd say run away, look for another location!

Very disappointed with the front Desk booking in. She took 4 phone calls before acknowledging me. I confirmed rooms were available , the coupon in the TravelGuide was declined. The clerk was unprofessionally flipped over a messy handwritten notice from the Front Office Manager that read "No coupons accepted." It was around 9pm at night. I expressed my concern, she said she contacted the Manager and she said "no coupons accepted". There was no attempt by the General Manager to get in touch with me the next day to explain, even though I had requested he do so. The coupon was for $49.?? and the rate I was given for 2 nights that I booked in was $79.??. This was the second time in a month that I came to this hotel. Last time more than $30.?? in the lounge eating and drinking and also room service.This time NOTHING extra because I felt I was taken advantage of with the rate. Was it really good business customer service sense for Mgr's to have a guest feel like this for $30.00? Then manager gave me a "SMOKING ROOM #458, which I couldn't even enter and changed. You be the judge.

Their rooms are terrible, only 22 channels, Motel 6 gets 43 channels. When i was in the pool i could barely see my feet in 3ft water cause it was so murky, spilled food in more than 1 hallway, beds are very uncomfortable, there are bugs all around and even inside the hotel, the wallpaper in 2 of our rooms is peeling, lobby looked excellent, and the computer in the lobby that I’m using to write this is amazing. I only came in here to use it after i had the wireless keyboard in the room replaced twice, it still does not work. I’m actually considering sleeping on the couch in the lobby.

The king size bed engulfed the whole room, my wife and I realized that one of us had to be seated for the other to move. The bed felt like plywood, first time in 23 years of marraige that neither of us slept at all. Keycards failed at every use. Lobby looked nice, but past the lobby it might as well been a Motel 6.

This hotel was a total disappointment! The facilities need to be updated. The hotel was not what I expected. It’s vastly different than the website. The amenities were not suitable. I was at the desk no less than 10 times during my two day stay. There is no way that I will stay there again!

Advice: There is no wireless in the rooms. You can only operate the high speed Internet with a USB cord that you have to buy from them. The wireless is only available in the lobby. Don't put your room key near your cell phone or other credit cards or they will not work anymore. There’s no free continental breakfast. The towels were not restocked by housekeeping. There is no one to assist with your bags. The elevators may break at any time, as one was broken the whole time I was there. There are limited TV stations, and the list goes on and on.

They are dependable and consistent.

The staff members were very courteous and professional, but friendly.

This hotel made me feel respected: My name was spelled correctly, and my special requests (I'm a frequent traveler member) were completely met.

This hotel made me feel secure: The locks on all the outside doors as well as in the rooms gave a double sense of security.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The had a welcome package on my bed when I checked in and it addressed me by name. I like the personalized aspect--it made me feel welcome and at home.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: It's a very nice hotel, nicer than where I normally get to stay.
