I ordered a well done hamburger and it was raw in the middle. Advertising and room literature stated free broadband internet service but it cost ten dollars a day.
I am not likely
to return to the Wyndham Garden Hotel - Overland Park.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Horrible
Hotel was dirty; water was off one day, could not get clean towels or linens, door was found ajar, locked out one night - keys had been canceled. Signs to rooms not correct. Staff unfriendly, did not try to correct complaints.
Had to make a last minute reservation.

Had to make a last minute reservation. Thought, Wyndham, should be nice. WRONG!! Staff awful; rooms smelled of smoke; and was lied to about "free" internet in room.

Horrible
Room was not clean; water was turned off during part of the stay. Came back one evening was locked out of hotel, our door was ajar and room had not been cleaned. Was told they ran out of clean items because water had been shut off. AC did not work...
