Everything was great. We were able to get a room before the normal check in time because our flight was early, the room was not clean, but that was not a problem, because we were going swimming, but then after swimming, the room still was not clean. The staff made a quick effort to clean it and even gave us breakfast coupons. I really liked this place and the staff was so friendly and willing to fix problems.
I felt like I had everything I needed at my finger tips and the great staff that knew answers to my questions.

to return to the Wyndham DFW Airport North.

The staff was unresponsive. I had to call twice for the airport shuttle. The wireless network never worked and the staff had no idea what to do about it nor did they take any initiative in resolving the problem.

The service was very good at this hotel. The restaurant food was very average, with high prices. The room condition was bad, there was sheet rock peeling off the bathroom ceiling, and the beds were very uncomfortable. For the price, it was a poor value.
