Located one block from Michigan Avenue, this is a very central hotel, with many shops, museums and galleries within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet has a good choice of food, especially if you get there early and there are plenty of other places to have lunch and dinner very nearby. The staff are really helpful here and have a good knowledge of the local area, so they can recommend good places to see, if you don't know the city well.

I went to visit my son in the Northwestern university in Evanston. I stayed at this hotel the week of the 4th of july 2008. I never stayed in a hotel so clean, odorless, nice beds and great pillows!!! i had good time in the Chicago area for 6 nights. Great deal airplan and hotel package.
