It would be nice if all hotels had free parking with their stays and complimentary and extended continental breakfasts.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I liked the size of the room they offered when I stayed with them.

It was horrible. They messed up my bill then took forever to fix it--then billed someone else's stuff to my credit/debit card. It was the worst trip I ever had.

This hotel made me feel pampered: Regardless of the questions I had or the things I wanted, the staff always made an effort to help. For example, they helped prepare for an early flight I needed to take.

The concierge was wonderful. She helped us out more than once. The bellmen were also friendly and efficient. When they told you it was going to be 5 minutes, it was less than that.

This hotel made me feel secure: There was always someone at the desk, and there were bellmen by the entrances. At night, a key was needed to enter.

I am very likely to return to the Wyndham Chicago.

This hotel made me feel secure: The elevators to hotel floors were on the second, not first floor--probably to keep non-guests from roaming around the hotel. Guests had to walk by the registration desk in order to get to the elevator.
