The beds are way too small in the double room.

I like to stay there when I can and if it's a good price or about equal to others.

What a wonderful hotel! If you get the opportunity, choose the Wyndham.

I enjoyed the walk around their little lake a lot. When you are away from home for business, it is really great to be able to escape early in the morning and clear your mind.

This hotel made me feel entertained: No matter what, I had something to do.

This was way above average--24 hr. service, it was clean, friendly, it couldn't have been better.

This hotel made me feel important: The staff was awesome, learned our names and gave us suggestions for things to do. They were very helpful.

This hotel made me feel secure: It was near the convention, and security was adequate.

This hotel made me feel secure: The elevators to hotel floors were on the second, not first floor--probably to keep non-guests from roaming around the hotel. Guests had to walk by the registration desk in order to get to the elevator.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I appreciated the friendliness of the staff.

This hotel was a poorly run hotel…the Schaumburg one is much better.

They mixed up my reservations and bill. It took 3 days to straighten it out.
