Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It was a very good location in Chicago.

I loved the overall experience, the friendliness, cleanliness, etc.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: All of the amenities were just perfect for our intended uses during our trip.

This was the second time we stayed at the Wyndham. Our experience was good. We weren't actually at the hotel that much, so I don't have anything specific to say.

The hotel provided good service. The wireless Internet worked well; the staff was very helpful and friendly. I don't advise others to plan to park their cars -- there isn't any parking, but the valet was fast and helpful.

This hotel was comfortable and clean. It was well situated and met my every expectation. It made my trip easier and more enjoyable.

The hotel was centrally located off Michigan Avenue. Upon check-in, however, the hotel did not have us booked for two nights, two rooms. Luckily, I had all my confirmations from Hotels.com. The front desk person was not very nice or accommodating when I requested to have an extra cot in the room. It was a total fiasco, and I was incredulous at how I was treated as a guest at this hotel. I would not recommend anyone stay there.

Wyndhams are very nice hotels. They are always comfortable, and the perks for joining their free frequent stayer program are excellent.

Reservations were difficult. I was originally to be charged the Saturday price for Sunday and Monday nights, which should have been much cheaper. It took a long time to get the problem resolved and get a fair price for the entire stay. The hotel's location is good, just a few blocks off Michigan Avenue. I felt comfortable walking around after dark. The concierge service was good, although only if questions were asked in person as they did not return messages. There was a good view from the room.

Everything was great except for the pull-out couch/bed - it was very uncomfortable.

There was not nearly enough light in the room!

The carpet was soaked through the outside of our room from the leaking ice machine. The website picture did not represent how small the pool was.

I used Hotels.com to book my reservations. The gentleman at the front desk at the Wyndham seemed frustrated that I was coming in with a reservation that was not made directly with the hotel itself. He told me that in the future I should book directly with the hotel. Then, he said that my reservation could not even be found. I was pretty upset at that point.

The double beds seemed very small. Everything else about our stay was lovely.

Wyndham is very conveniently located. But the amenities listed on their website did not match the room I was given, which led to a bit of dissatisfaction.

There were several mix-ups regarding my reservation.
