It was in a good location right downtown. The rooms were comfortable and it was nice to come back to it at night and relax.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Wyndham Chicago.
I might recommend it to friends.

The bell man always greeted us with a warm welcome and the staff is friendly and helpful. I loved spending the weekend in the midst of the Magnificent Mile. It was magnificent to hide away from all the bustle of this busy and beautiful neighborhood.

We requested a room in which we had previously stayed and received it. We ate in the restaurant for breakfasts only, and it is expensive but thoroughly enjoyable, with an excellent staff. We were able to walk easily to Michigan Avenue for shopping. The hotel is pretty well soundproofed, but the emergency vehicles go past with sirens sounding all the time, the hospital is very nearby. You have to ignore them.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: It is expensive to stay there, but it is worth the cost if you wish to pay that much. And we were.

I am very likely to return to the Wyndham Chicago.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It is close to shopping and restaurants. It has a friendly staff and spacious rooms.

This hotel made me feel respected: They sent security immediately to quiet unruly guests when we complained. They gave our party passes for a free brunch after neighboring guests caused a disturbance the night before that lasted almost an hour.

I am very likely to return to the Wyndham Chicago.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It’s a beautiful hotel in the heart of Chicago. It’s perfect for someone who wants to experience the city.

This hotel made me feel excited: We were thrilled as we walked everywhere from the Field Museum to our architectural tour on the river. Fine restaurants were all around just waiting for us.

I am very likely to return to the Wyndham Chicago.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The Wyndham Chicago is conveniently located and has a friendly helpful staff. Parking your car is very expensive.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The reception desk made eye contact, used my name, and smiled. He knew I was a Wyndham by Request member. The doorman was polite and attentive.

I am very likely to return to the Wyndham Chicago.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location was good. The desk clerk, was wonderful. The Saturday afternoon manager had quite a bit of misinformation. The Sunday morning manager was wonderful. The pullout sofa bed was awful. The requested snacks were not in the room. The phones in one of the two rooms did not work, except for the one by the toilet. The bar seemed high priced. We walked down to the Drake to eat brunch. I think that it is ridiculous to pay the prices one pays and not have it include parking.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We had seven in our party, and the desk clerk did everything she could to make us feel wanted.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Wyndham Chicago.
I might recommend it to friends.

The Wyndham Chicago is a great value. It’s a four star property located close to the all the shops and the loop. They have a friendly staff and nice rooms, dining, and health club facilities including an indoor pool. The room was a bit dark, being winter and with their green fluorescent lighting.

This hotel was in a good location in the Chicago business center. The room was very comfortable and the front desk was very quick for check-in.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I was able to get some rest so I felt better when I had the business meeting. The bed had comfortable sheets and blankets.

I am very likely to return to the Wyndham Chicago.

The hotel was okay, but they failed to give me a wake-up call I requested. I booked a king room and they did not put me in one at first, but they did correct the problem.

The location next to Michigan Avenue was perfect. The value for the price paid was excellent, especially with a price guarantee that it would be the best rate available anywhere. The hotel itself was clean. I did think we were getting a king size bed and there was only one sink. The flow restrictor on the shower was a bit annoying.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They have a friendly staff and an inviting atmosphere.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Wyndham Chicago.

It was a nice location downtown. It was comfortable with easy check out. You had to pay additional fees for parking. The room was not ready on time, but they made up for it by giving us a better room at the same price, though one person had to sleep on a sleeper sofa, since there was only one bed for three people.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Wyndham Chicago.

The rooms were disappointing. The carpet was dirty, walls patchy, and the bathroom floor was also dirty. The bellmen and housekeeping staff were great. The front desk manager was abusive.

36 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business

It can't get much worse than this, in terms of service. It was my first night ever away from my daughter since she was born 4 1/2 years ago. I decided to stay near the airport in order to spend the day by the pool. I called in advance to check on the pool and also to tell my MyRewards options.

When I got there was first put into a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke. The next room I was put into, the shower didn't work.

The pool was under construction. The manager refused to give me any My Rewards amenities because I had booked through Priceline.

When I complained about shower after they had tried to fix it, and did not, I asked to be transferred to another room on the same quiet side of the hotel. I was told they did not have any. After calling Wyndham corporate headquarters, and conferencing in with the local manger of the hotel, he finally agreed to relocate me to the side I wanted and a new room, after blaming me for all the problems.

The next morning, the shuttle driver did not show up, so I was 15 minutes late for my meeting.

I wrote an email to the director of Customer Operations and never got so much as an email back.

I will never stay at a Wyndham again.

I am not likely to return to the Wyndham Chicago.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The hotel was beautiful! I liked the large, clean room -- it's just a great hotel. But I did not like the small pool and insufficient workout room/area.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The staff was impressive! They treated us (I brought sons 13 and 16 on the business trip) like kings. They were friendly and never 'looked down' upon my sons, or me for that matter.

I am very likely to return to the Wyndham Chicago.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
