36 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The room was dark, and their service was sketchy. I’m still waiting for them to e-mail a final bill. Their system was down when I leaving, and the bill they gave me was very mixed up.

I am not likely to return to the Wyndham Billerica.
I might recommend it to friends.

This hotel was very nice. Their staff made me feel welcome, and the rooms were exactly as advertised. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the neighborhood.

I am very likely to return to the Wyndham Billerica.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The rooms were small and not as elegant as expected. The restaurant was expensive and not worth what it cost.

I am not likely to return to the Wyndham Billerica.
I would not recommend it to friends.

18 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

This hotel made me feel secure: The doors were very thick and required a key to access. There was a smoke problem with the kitchens during my stay that required fire engines, and the staff was very prompt in informing the guests and making sure that everyone was safe.

I am very likely to return to the Wyndham Billerica.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
