The room was dark, and their service was sketchy. I'm still waiting for them to e-mail a final bill. Their system was down when I leaving, and the bill they gave me was very mixed up.

I am not likely to return to the Wyndham Billerica.
I might recommend it to friends.

This hotel was very nice. Their staff made me feel welcome, and the rooms were exactly as advertised. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the neighborhood.

I am very likely to return to the Wyndham Billerica.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We were there for a wedding. It was a really nice facility and the wedding (which was in their banquet room) was great.

I am very likely to return to the Wyndham Billerica.
