We requested an extended departure time of 2 hours, since we had an entertainment card valid for such a stay, at check-in. We were ignored by the rude staff and disrespected either because, we assumed, we were young or because we were gay.

They are not gay-friendly, and in the only state that allows gay marriage, find it to be a huge insult to my partner and me. Also, their cleaning staff is largely rude and their front desk staff unprofessional.
