The place was beautiful and very nice.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Worcester Hotel and Conference Center.
I might recommend it to friends.

32 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business

It was dirty and run down. I would not recommend staying here voluntarily. It was probably nice twenty years ago with atrium, now needs major renovation.

I am not likely to return to the Worcester Hotel and Conference Center.
I would not recommend it to friends.

This hotel is a great place to stay.

I am very likely to return to the Worcester Hotel and Conference Center.

This hotel was very nice and comfortable. I have no complaints at all.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It was clean and comfortable. If a person is not comfortable, they are not happy. And when a room is dirty, it's gross!

I am very likely to return to the Worcester Hotel and Conference Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

20 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for business

We requested an extended departure time of 2 hours, since we had an entertainment card valid for such a stay, at check-in. We were ignored by the rude staff and disrespected either because, we assumed, we were young or because we were gay.

I am not likely to return to the Worcester Hotel and Conference Center.
I would not recommend it to friends.
