My husband and I stayed at this hotel while visiting our son in Kirkland. The gentleman at the desk when we checked in was exceptionally rude. Perhaps condesending is a better word. The room was average for the cost, the food not exceptional. When we checked out there was no help with our bags, we had to walk a block to access our ride, which under normal circumstance would not have been an issue, however we were dealing with both luggage and golf clubs. The hotel pick up area was blocked for an antique car event. Would we stay here again? Not on a bet!
