It was close to the meetings I had to attend. It was within walking distance to meetings. It had a home-like atmosphere. I was staying three nights twice a month. I liked the kitchen and the ability to sleep in one room while my husband could watch TV in the other.

It was convenient to my company's home office and to area stores and restaurants. I like the suite, kitchen, and living room area. But the staff is often less than attentive or efficient.

I have too many complaints to list here.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was spacious and comfortable.

The staff are not as courteous, prompt and knowledgeable as I have found at other major chains. This is the one big improvement I would suggest to the management. Also, a full service restaurant and room-service would be excellent.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The rooms and suites are large and comfortable. Convenient kitchen, TVs, vcr, candles. An evening complimentary bar and in-room videos.

This was my first stay at a Woodfin Suites hotel. I was very impressed. I will stay there in the future.

This hotel made me feel practical: It had the basic things I wanted: coffee and an iron.

Their front desk staff was disempowered, rude, and very unprofessional. They ruined the whole experience and they are a disgrace to the company.
