When my family was in town, they ended up staying here. Just a short drive away from Berkeley, but without the high room rates for dilapidated buildings. Essentially, they could experience the East Bay without the grime.

It had very nice rooms. They need more seating in the continental breakfast area. They have a friendly desk staff. I paid for two rooms, but did not understand why they were different prices.
The bed was comfortable and I slept very well.
