Front desk employees have bad attitude and plumbing is in need of repairs. Rooms were bigger than average but you also end up paying more for the space anyways. Not worth money and can get better service.

What a disappointment, really rude and unfriendly employees including housekeeping. Interrogated me (paying guest) or any visitor seen walking in the front entrance.

They don't use horrible cleaning/deodorizing stuff in the rooms, that is good for us allergy sufferers. Friendly staff, nice rooms. The hotel is located right next to my Company's Santa Clara facility, very convenient!
I have stayed at the Woodcrest several times and really enjoyed it. Nice rooms, great morning buffet, and 24 hr make-your-own sandwiches and snacks in the dining room made my crazy late hour schedule quite nice.
