Horrible

traveling with a economy budget

I was only there for one night, with a group and everyone in our group was treated horribly. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude not just with our group, with everyone in that weekend.

Everything else was very nice, clean, and spacious.

I would never stay there again, customer serivce is not threatening to kick your guests out of your hotel.

65 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I have stayed there many times and I have always been pleased with the accommodations.

I am very likely to return to the Wingate by Wyndham - Joliet.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
