The Hotel is located North of 270 2 miles at exit 121. 1/2 mile away from the Polaris Amphitheater where concerts start from May until the end of September. Our room was not clean! You could tell where housekeeping stopped vaccuming. The bathroom sink would NOT drain, amoung many other things. We had to call maintance to our room at 11pm to help with the drain situation. We've stayed here many times in...

The location was convenient to shopping and many businesses. The room had a very unpleasant odor and the staff could not do much about it. The telephones were not answered promptly and when they were finally answered, the staff was not very helpful or cordial.
I am not likely

It was a while ago, but I remember that it was a nice hotel, the people were nice, the rooms were clean. I don't find hotel beds in general to be very comfortable, but it was equal to those in other hotels. I wish some hotels would offer water beds -- as that is what I am used to at home.
