This hotel was great for us. Online research got us a great rate and we stayed four nights. Very clean fitness room, outdoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good, hot foods, fruits, cereals, etc. A lot to choose from. Maintenance came to correct small issue with room. Very courteous staff. Lots of shopping nearby and dining. Very clean and nice hotel.

The location was convenient to shopping and many businesses. The room had a very unpleasant odor and the staff could not do much about it. The telephones were not answered promptly and when they were finally answered, the staff was not very helpful or cordial.
I am not likely
to return to the Wingate by Wyndham - Columbus - Polaris.
I would not recommend it to friends.
